Pls use the enquiry form to place the order. For name tags order, you may order it conveniently using the "Name Tag Order" form. Full payment will be required for all orders placed through the website. We accept Pay Now to UEN. (other methods available, pls ask) The total cost and UEN will be provided to your email address provided in the enquiry/order form.

It is not necessary to make an appointment for measurement. Pls proceed directly to the tailoring department (Unit #07-138) and our colleagues will assist with your request.

The typical leadtime is between 2-4 weeks. Different uniforms will be subject to different leadtimes. Urgent orders may be accepted and urgent charges will be imposed. Pls email us for more details and state your requirements. We will do our best to assist your urgent requirements.

We are disappointed to hear that your uniform is not to your desired fit. We offer 30 days free alteration. Pls bring the uniform to our Tailoring department (address in "Contact" page) and our colleagues will be able to assist you. Minor alterations may be collected on the same day. Do check with out colleagues at the Tailoring department.

For cash orders, you may bring the medals directly to our office. No appointment is necessary. You will be provided with the cost and you can make payment on the spot. For SAF mounting, if you know the quantity to raise in the system, you may raise it first and obtain a PO number. Then, bring the medals to us and let us know the PO number. If you do not know the quantity to raise, you may bring the medals to us first, and you will receive a receipt with the corresponding line items and quantities to be raised.

Typically, medals can be mounted in 7 -14 days. For urgent requests, pls speak to us or let us know when you are here with the medals.

We provide medals mounting services only. We do not sell medals. You will need to provide us with the full set of medals to be mounted.

For common ribbons/accessories, you do not need to provide them. For special awards/overseas awards, pls send us the ribbons.
